Initially, i went go Kuala Lumpur for my yearly Standard Chartered Marathon, which was held at Dataran Merdeka then during my one night stay here in Kuala Lumpur i come across this market which i was told later on that this is one of those famous market in Kuala Lumpur which i have no idea about, how lame am i, seriously, as a Malaysian, i don't even know anything about my own country point of interest to travel. So i am writing this post, to add one more place to visit for Malaysia, haha !
Central Market Kuala Lumpur is a centre for Malaysian culture, art and craft located in the heart of the city. As a building with significant historical value Central Market Kuala Lumpur has come a long way from its early beginning as a wet market built in 1888 to a delightful destination for tourists, shoppers and art lovers (Source).

Central Market Annexe

Located alongside the main building is the newly transformed, pedestrianized and covered walkway, Kasturi Walk. Opened in 2011, Kasturi Walk boasts an al fresco ambiance featuring an exciting variety of stalls selling tantalizing local snacks and exquisite souvenirs (Source).
Other than cloths, souviniors and gift, Central Market also offer lots of food to eat, ranging from local food to some of the famous chain restaurant.
